Patrick Kanu brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization.

With a distinguished career in the manufacturing, Patrick has been instrumental in guiding the company's strategic vision and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Under his visionary leadership, KenPatrick and Associates has achieved significant milestones in the building and manufacturing industry, solidifying our position as a prominent player in the industry.

He holds an MBA degree from Edinburgh Business School and B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Computing, a GMP (General Management Program) as am Alumni of the Prestigious Harvard Business School, executive courses from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Lagos Business School.

COMPANY SECRETARY/ LEGAL

Ovo graduated with LL. B (Hons) degree from Bendel State University (Now, Edo State University) Ekpoma, Nigeria, in 1989. He obtained B.L from Nigerian Law School in 1990. He has certifications of the following bodies: Institute of Directors; Society for Corporate Governance of Nigeria); Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA). Ovo worked in several commercial law firms, including Isola Adebanjo & Co; and Craydon Solicitors Company. Over the years, Ovo has developed a strong knack for versatility, professionalism and expertise in corporate governance practices and processes and company administration.

SUSTAINABILITY DIRECTOR

Josephine Kanu comes to us with a breath of experience in sourcing and manufacture of building materials.

She started off 30 years as a building wares distributor and had grown through the years, command a large resource base.

She heads the sustainability department here at KenPatrick and Associates.

HEAD OF FINANCE

Yakubu Irume is a motivated and creative player with over 20 years’ of career experience in various performance driven organization. He is member of the institute of chartered accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). His working experience saw him traverse the oil and gas industries and accounting professional practice. In March 2003, he started his accounting professional service with Agochukwu okpalaoka & co (chartered accountants) in Lagos as an audit training, where he rose to the position of audit senior.

He later moved to A-Z Petroleum under chicason group limited as a manager in the internal audit department in charge of the base oil and white product tank farm. He resigned with effect from November 2016 to join Aquila asset management Ltd. Although was promoted to the position of the chief financial officer (CFO), he resigned in 2018 to join Polysonic Nigeria Ltd as Head of internal audit and control. Mr. Irume resigned and join cresage limited as head of finance and account in 2019.

Mr Irume moved to Tunnel Lounge Ghana as the cost controller in 2022 and presently serves in KenPatrick and Associates as the Head of Finance

HEAD OF HR

Leads the Human Resources Department at KenPatrick and Associates.

She holds a B.Tech degree in Applied Geology, from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. She also obtained several Professional Certifications in Brand Management, in London School of Public Relations United Kingdom and Customer Relationship Management in Lagos Business School Lekki, Lagos State. She also had a few short MBA courses at Johanesburg, South Africa.

She has vast experience and expert knowledge in Human Resource Management which includes: recruitment, training and development, performance management, staff management and welfare.

HEAD OF CORPORATE and COMMERCIALS

Seyi is an expert in the Corporate and Commercial practice with a strong focus on corporate and business law. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Nigeria’s premier private University; Igbinedion University Okada.

With almost a decade of legal expertise, she is known for her in-depth understanding of the intersection between corporate law and Business industry. She is highly skilled at drafting and reviewing legal contracts, legal advisory for multi-sectoral companies, drafting legal opinions, spearheading negotiations and in the performance of company secretarial duties. She also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, and compliance.

She is a member of several associations such as the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), the Section of Business Law (SBL)

She is a dedicated advocate for her clients, ranging from startups to multinational corporations, helping them navigate the complexities of the Nigerian legal landscape. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and her ability to find practical legal solutions for clients in the dynamic world of corporate in Nigeria.
